This sport has taught me that hard work is the key to success. Being able to force myself out of my comfort zone to helps me be a better wrestler. I learned that it’s okay to be comfortable with being uncomfortable.

Wrestling taught me that besides knowing how to defend yourself you can help you build stronger relationships with teammates and coaches.

Wrestling has taught me 

how to keep going when things are difficult.

perseverance.  

Wrestling has taught me something people around me never did. Through wrestling I learned how to lose, how to handle failure, and how to turn it into motivation.  

Wrestling has taught me to create a routine to build discipline in all aspects of life.

Wrestling has taught me to have more resilience and discipline. It has also taught me a lot more emotional maturity and has made me many friends. 

Wrestling has taught me how not to give up when things get hard.

Wrestling has taught me that if you're going to do a hard sport like wrestling, you need a good team and friends to help you along the way. 

Wrestling taught me to never give up and always push yourself even though sometimes you don’t get the outcome you want.
