I wrestled for 5 years (8th-12th grade) and, during that time, was a two-time state entrant, earning academic all-state honors and finishing 4th place my senior year. I have been actively competing in BJJ since 2021, and I work as the operations manager and a fitness coach at The Cellar Gym. I have coached wrestling and strength and conditioning for three years, and also have experience as a coach for Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, Fitness Kickboxing, and Boxing for Parkinson's. I love that wrestling really shows who a person is and gives them the opportunity to grow both on and off the mat week after week. I love to play tabletop games and travel with my partner, Kaci, and our dog, Levi.

I have 11 years of wrestling experience. 2026-27 will be my 5th year coaching. I love watching the students I coach grow and become better wrestlers and people. What I love most about wrestling is that it's one of the few sports where it is just you and someone else. I'm a 6 year Air Force veteran, currently studying for my Bachelor's degree in History.
